Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes how subscriptions to KVSHVL services operated by Kushal Samant Architects ("we", "us", or "our") may be cancelled and when refunds may be issued. It applies to kvshvl.in and web applications we publish on subdomains of kvshvl.in (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Digital subscriptions
KVSHVL sells digital software subscriptions. There are no physical goods. Access to paid features is granted to your account after successful payment processing through our payment partner, Razorpay.
2. Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period you select (for example, monthly or annual) unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Your subscription remains active for the full period you have paid for, even if you cancel before that period ends.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the details in section 6 below. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless we suspend access for a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following situations:
Duplicate or erroneous charges confirmed after review.
A technical failure on our side that prevented you from using a paid feature you were entitled to access during the billing period.
Any other circumstance where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at the details below before initiating a chargeback. We will review your account and payment records and respond within 5 business days.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
