Shipping and Exchange Policy
This Shipping and Exchange Policy describes how KVSHVL services operated by Kushal Samant Architects ("we", "us", or "our") are delivered. It applies to kvshvl.in and web applications we publish on subdomains of kvshvl.in (collectively, the "Services").
1. No physical shipping
KVSHVL provides digital software and online tools only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products. No shipping address is required to use the Services.
2. Digital delivery
Access to paid features is delivered electronically to your account immediately after successful payment. You can sign in and use subscribed features as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Output files generated by our tools (for example, drawing comparison overlays from Check Your Drawings) are available for immediate download through the application. We do not ship these files by post or courier.
3. Service availability
We aim to keep the Services available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily affect delivery of digital features. See our Terms and Conditions for disclaimers and limitations of liability.
4. No product exchange
Because we provide digital subscriptions rather than physical goods, product exchange does not apply. If you wish to change your subscription tier, contact us or follow the options available in your account. Billing adjustments for tier changes are handled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
