This Privacy Policy describes how our Software as a Service (SaaS) Platform ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our cloud-based tools, APIs, and web applications we publish on subdomains (collectively, the "SaaS Services").
By using the SaaS Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Who we are
We operate a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform providing multi-tenant cloud applications and infrastructure. Individual SaaS applications are hosted on subdomains (for example, checkyourdrawings.kvshvl.in).
2. Information we collect
Account and authentication
When you sign in to a Service that requires an account, we may collect:
Name and email address from your identity provider (for example, Google sign-in through platform-auth.kvshvl.in).
A stable user identifier and session tokens needed to keep you signed in.
Subscription status linked to your account in our platform database.
We do not ask for a separate KVSHVL Platform password when you use Google sign-in.
SaaS Subscription and billing
If you purchase or hold a paid SaaS subscription, we store subscription tier, status, seat allocation, and related account metadata in our platform database. Payment processing for recurring billing is handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage and analytics
Individual applications may use analytics for product improvement. We do not use analytics to inspect the contents of files you upload for processing.
3. How we use information
We use collected information to:
Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
Authenticate users and enforce subscription access where applicable.
Respond to support requests and communicate about the Services.
Monitor security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Understand aggregate usage through analytics.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Check Your Drawings
Check Your Drawings compares two architectural drawing PDFs and returns a coordination overlay.
Free compare (no sign-in): You may upload two PDFs without creating an account. Files are transmitted to our processing server for comparison only.
Paid batch features: Batch compare and ZIP export require sign-in and an active KVSHVL Platform subscription.
File handling:
Uploaded PDFs are processed in memory and on temporary server storage to produce comparison outputs.
Generated PNG and PDF outputs are stored on the processing server for up to 24 hours, then automatically deleted.
We do not store your drawings or comparison outputs in our platform database or long-term cloud storage. You are responsible for downloading deliverables to your own systems.
We do not use your uploaded drawings to train machine-learning models.
If you do not want files on our servers, do not upload them. Use the free tier only with non-sensitive test files if you are evaluating the tool.
5. Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers to run the Services, including:
Google — Sign-in (OAuth), analytics.
platform-auth.kvshvl.in — Sign-in and platform identity (Google OAuth).
platform-api (Render) — Account, subscription, and entitlement records.
Hosting providers (Vercel, Render) — Application and API hosting.
Razorpay — Payment processing and subscription management.
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them. When you sign in with Google, Google’s consent screen and policies also apply.
6. Data retention
Account and subscription records: Retained while your account is active and as needed for billing, disputes, and legal compliance.
Check Your Drawings uploads and outputs: Deleted from processing servers within approximately 24 hours, as described above.
Analytics: Retained according to our operational needs.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the contact details at the end of this policy. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
8. Security and Data Breach Notification
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users and regulatory bodies as required by law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
