Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes how Software as a Service (SaaS) subscriptions provided by our platform ("we", "us", or "our") may be cancelled and when refunds may be issued. It applies to all cloud-based applications we publish on subdomains (collectively, the "SaaS Services").
1. SaaS subscriptions
We provide access to our SaaS platform via recurring digital subscriptions. Access to premium tiers, increased usage limits, or dedicated seats is provisioned to your account upon successful payment.
2. Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period you select unless stated otherwise.
Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Your subscription remains active for the full period you have paid for, even if you cancel before that period ends.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, SaaS subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. We do not provide partial refunds or account credits for partial months of service, unused time, or unused seats within an active subscription tier.
We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following situations:
Duplicate or erroneous charges confirmed after review.
A technical failure on our side that prevented you from using a paid feature you were entitled to access.
Any other circumstance where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
