SaaS Delivery and Provisioning Policy
This Delivery Policy describes how our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform ("we", "us", or "our") provisions and delivers access to its features.
1. Cloud delivery
Our SaaS platform provides digital software and API access hosted in the cloud. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products. Provisioning of SaaS environments and user accounts happens purely electronically.
2. Digital delivery
Access to paid SaaS features is delivered electronically to your account immediately after successful payment.
Output files generated by our tools (for example, drawing comparison overlays from Check Your Drawings) are available for immediate download through the application. We do not ship these files by post or courier.
3. Service availability
We aim to keep the Services available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily affect delivery of digital features.
4. No product exchange
Because we provide access to a SaaS platform via subscriptions rather than physical goods, product exchange does not apply. If you wish to upgrade, downgrade, or alter your subscription tier, follow the billing options available in your account dashboard.
